Hi, I’m Brittany. 👋 I help small businesses and destinations tell their stories through thoughtful, place-based marketing.
My background is rooted in travel, tourism, and local discovery. I’ve always loved the idea of encouraging people to become tourists in their own backyards, and that philosophy shapes everything I do—from content creation to campaign strategy.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in History and have authored two books, experiences that influence my research-driven, storytelling-first approach to marketing. My passion for New England history, in particular, has helped me build a strong connection to the region and fuels my excitement for helping businesses market here.
Professionally, I’ve worked across destination marketing, media, and tourism. My experience includes the Disney College Program (where I completed Disney’s Exploring Marketing program), serving as Communications Manager for Destination Salem, and leading marketing efforts for Celebrations Magazine. I’ve also contributed as a freelance writer to several travel and theme park publications.
Today, I’m the Marketing Director for Discover Gloucester, where I lead campaigns, social media strategies, and print and digital content. With deep familiarity with the small-business scenes in New England and Central Florida, I’m excited to help you connect with the audiences who will love what you do.
